Ed was born in New England and from a railroad family. He was employed as a brakeman for Guilford Railroad in the North East. After moving from the North East to Florida, he began a successful career in the restaurant industry working at all levels in the industry from washing dishes and running food, to working his way up to General Manager and Head Chef for Rule G. He loves working with people and sharing his hospitality knowledge with others. 

He is co-owner of Rule G, and was an indispensable asset during the launch and start up operations. We are forever grateful to his contributions.
