Ralph E. Rapa, Psy.D Founder & CEO
Ralph is an avid beer enthusiast and entrepreneur, Dr. Rapa is a native of Jeannette, PA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science d in business management from Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, PA. Dr. Rapa is a career railroader gaining his love and appreciation for the railroad from his father Ralph A. and grandfather Giovanni Rapa, both career railroaders. Dr. Rapa is currently employed as the Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Brightline Trains in Miami, FL. He is a certified locomotive engineer and passenger train conductor, in addition to his work in railroad management.
Dr. Rapa is a graduate of Albizu University in Miami, FL with a Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology working with individual clients, couples and families in a variety of settings. He is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Barry University, Miami Shores, FL. His good natured attitude, ease with people complements his sound management and strategic decisions. He is highly regarded by all who know and work with him. It’s also worth mentioning that he knows good beer and looks forward to crafting the best of beer with Rule G Brewing.
Finally, he is a loving and active dad to three amazing children, Brendan, Cameron, and Chloe Rapa. In what little off time he has, he custom builds model trains, sets and accessories.

Rex Reed, Brewing Manager
Rule G Brewing Company's Brewing Manager, Rex is a native of Houston, Texas, and has been a locomotive engineer for almost 20 years. He was previously a freight "hogger" for the Union Pacific line in Kansas City, Missouri, but is now with Tri-Rail, Florida.
Rex brings his decade plus hobby brewing experience to Rule G. He built his first home brewery in his Brookside, Missouri basement some 11 years ago. He enjoyed brewing a wide variety of beers that correlate with the different seasons that Missouri has to offer. With this knowledge, he brings his craft recipes to the Florida market to quench the thirst of the locals!
His love for the outdoor life, paired with fine brews of course, fuels his passion for water sports, motorcycle trips, and yachting. In fact, upon moving to Florida, he spent his first 5 years living on his boat, cruising between Florida and the Bahamas. Rex brings an energy to Rule G Brewing and furthers his love for and focused attention to creating great beer!

Cameron Rapa,
Assistant Mgr.
Son of Founder, Ralph E. Rapa, Cameron is currently studying for a degree in Information Technology, Palm Beach State College. "Cam", as he is affectionately deemed by his family and friends will be learning the business of running a brewery and is the next generation of Rule G. In addition to brewing, he enjoys history...particularly the Napoleonic Wars..., soccer, music, a good cigar, and time with family and friends. His role on the team is to assist Rex Reed, Brewing Manager, as well as assist with day-to-day operations.
Lisa A. Henrie, HR/PR et. al.
Leese, as she is known to her close friends, is the welcomed gal influence to this brewing team. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, "Iron City", home of the Steelers Football 6 Super Bowl winners, Leese founded her own HR/PR consulting firm, Market Design Strategies, LLC, in 2003 in Utah where she currently resides. Her firm provides provides a broad range of marketing and public relations, social media, and human resources solutions to small to medium sized businesses in both the private and public sectors. She will be giving a voice to Rule G in the marketplace and strengthening the Rule G Brand by creating content for social media platforms, website, while also facilitating events and community and media relations. She will be involved in recruiting and employee relations along with merchandising.
Lisa met Ralph Rapa in 1983 through sister and brother college orientation events: She at Seton Hill College (now University), Greensburg, PA and he at St. Vincent's College, Latrobe, PA - also home to Rolling Rock beer. You could say beer and trains were and are the foundation of their friendship. (She owns a vintage Lionel HO and newer G Scale train sets which she proudly displays and runs each Christmas).
Lisa holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on Public and Interpersonal Communications, Pennsylvania State University extension. She earned an HR Certification at the University of Utah. From 2003-2015, she was the Director of Public and Community Relations for the Magna, Utah-Yuzawa, Japan Sister City Program. She also founded the 911 Annual Memorial Remembrance Event for her community and volunteers as the PR director and webmaster for the Annual Our Lady of Lourdes Spaghetti Dinner now in its 90th year! Lisa looks forward to contributing her experience, quirky, sometimes cheesy sense of humor to Rule G Brewing Co and is honored to working with such a wonderful team.
Lisa has 4 children: Robert and Jeff, who reside in California and work at Coppola Wines, and two toddlers, her 15 yr old Chihuahua, Charger and 4 yr old white, green eyed cat, Marshmallow.
